Q: What is the hardness can they be formed in a circle for hoops ?

A: Hi Brian, yes the 2" Eye Pins can be formed into a loop/hoop shape. They are roughly equivalent to a "half-hard" wire hardness. Just note, these are 2" inches in length, and a circular loop/hoop with these would be fairly small. We hope this is helpful.
