Shipping Information
We require minimum purchases, as we are a wholesale corporation selling to businesses. This minimum is also to protect our customers who resell our products. Orders within the US are usually processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Orders maybe held depending on availability of items.
All shipments are sent via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Please note, expedited shipping options refer to actual shipping time, not the order processing time. Also, we reserve the right to require credit card purchases over a certan amount to be shipped to the billing address.
International orders should be emailed to: sales@beadkraft.com since website does not process international shipping rates at this time. These orders will be processed via email, and international shipping rates will be provided after order is received. COD payment option is not available for international orders.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Debit or check cards with a Visa or MasterCard symbol are accepted.
COD Money Orders
COD orders can
only be paid by Money Order, which must be made payable to:
Bhens Products Co., Inc. Personal or business checks are not accepted – without prior authorization. Additional UPS Fees apply for COD Money Order services.
Return Policy
Please contact us to discuss any returns or exchanges. All claims must be within 7 days of receipt. There are no refunds for returned merchandise. Returns only accepted (and store credits issued) on defective or wrong merchandise. Any returned shipment without proper authorization and a copy of the sales invoice does not constitute the right to a legitimate return. Any refused shipment sent back to us does not constitute the right to a refund or credit.
We reserve the right to refuse any items not returned in NEW condition and charge the customer for reshipment of their item back to them. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns on general stringing materials (such as wire, chain, threads, cords, elastic, etc.), opened packages, & sale items are not accepted.
Freight charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return or exchange freight charges (except for defective or wrong merchandise).
Note to our Customers
At BeadKraft we recognize the importance of protecting the health and environment of our customers. However, some products such as Swarovski crystals, base metal findings, chains, and beads sold by our company may contain small amounts of lead. We recommend that you wash your hands after handling, and keep all items away from small children and infants.
