Do you have and can you send me a print catalog?

Currently, we do not have a print catalog of our merchandise. At this time, our website is the best reference of our product selection. However, if there is an item you do not see there, please do not hesitate to contact us at and we will do our best to find the item or a suitable replacement.


Do I need a resale number or tax ID to purchase?

A resale number or tax ID is not required in order to make a purchase.  If you have one, there is a field where you can submit it during the checkout process.


Do my Billing and Shipping address have to be the same on my order?

For first time orders over a certain amount, our company policy requires us to ship to your Billing address.


Do I have to create an account?

No it is not required, however there are many benefits to creating an account, especially when ordering.  Creating an account speeds up the ordering process, allows you to track the status of current orders, and review and recall your past orders and quantities.


Will you store my credit card information?

For your protection we do not store credit card numbers on our web servers. You will need to enter your credit card information for every order.


Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices.  In addition, we frequently offer discount pricing of up to 25%, through various Sales and Promotions.

Any requests for additional discounts on import and factory orders will be considered on a per order basis. Contact our friendly Customer Service Team with your inquiry.


How do I request a sample?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a sample program.
